Our return policy is simple – if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to any of our warehouses.


Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. However, should you need assistance, please contact Customer Service.


SuperiorCare.Pet orders can be returned by mail within 14 days to our warehouse. A refund for the item will be issued once it has been received.
