Sales Tax
By law, we must collect applicable sales tax for orders shipping to states where we have our online store available. Shipping fees may also be subject to tax in certain states. Tax Exemption
For those who qualify for a tax exemption, please submit your request for exemption by emailing your tax certificate, resale certificate, or other required documentation to hello@superiorcare.pet. In the subject, be sure to include your order number. A Tax Specialist will review your certificate once it has been received. We will notify you by email within five (5) business days if your request has been approved.
Your order will initially be taxed. Once we've received your request and it has been approved, we will process a refund back to the original form of payment for the applicable amount. An automated email will be sent as confirmation that the refund has been processed. You may also log in to your account to view the adjustment on the Order Details page. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your banking statement.

Step 1 – Pure Nature Herbal Detox Deep Cleansing Shampoo. Removes dirt and excess sebum, leaving the coat and skin super soft.
Enriched with wheat germ oil
The oil contains essential fatty acids such as linoleic acid, which moisturises dry coat, softens it, can help to strengthen hair follicles and give them a shiny appearance.
With evening primrose oil

Step 2 – Pure Nature Magic-Plex coat repair shampoo. Can help restore and protect your pet's coat from the damage caused by daily stress, split ends and hair loss.

The shampoo contains natural oils with powerful effects on your pet's skin and coat: argan oil has beneficial properties to protect the hair from everyday damage, carrot seeds soften and smooth the hair structure, and rosewood gives the hair softness and shine, facilitating combing.

USE
Dilute Pure Nature Herbal Detox Shampoo 1:10 with lukewarm water, wet the coat and distribute the product. Massage for about 3 minutes and rinse well with lukewarm water.
Dilute Pure Nature Magic-Plex Coat Repair Shampoo 1:10 with lukewarm water, wet the coat and distribute the product. Massage for about 3 minutes and rinse well with lukewarm water.
Dilute Pure Nature Magic-Plex Conditioner 1:10 with water. Gently massage into the coat after shampooing. Massage and comb out after about 3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
