We ship to Alaska and Hawaii, but unfortunately free shipping is not applied. Shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Since all of our carriers require physical delivery addresses, we are unable to ship orders to PO Boxes or APO/FPOs.

Sales Tax
By law, we must collect applicable sales tax for orders shipping to states where we have our online store available. Shipping fees may also be subject to tax in certain states. The sales tax for an order will be displayed in the Order Summary once the shipping address has been entered. Sales tax does not apply to purchases of eGift Cards. Sales tax on purchases subject to promotions may vary by item and by state, depending on:
- the specific state law applicable to the transaction
- if a promotion is funded by Superiorcare.pet or its supplier
- the terms of Superiorcare.pet's agreements with its suppliers.
Tax Exemption
For those who qualify for a tax exemption, please submit your request for exemption by emailing your tax certificate, resale certificate, or other required documentation to hello@superiorcare.pet. In the subject, be sure to include your order number. A Tax Specialist will review your certificate once it has been received. We will notify you by email within five (5) business days if your request has been approved.
Your order will initially be taxed. Once we've received your request and it has been approved, we will process a refund back to the original form of payment for the applicable amount. An automated email will be sent as confirmation that the refund has been processed. You may also log in to your account to view the adjustment on the Order Details page. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your banking statement.

Ultra Natural Care Intense Hydrate mask is a 3rd step – fixation – in a three-step system: the coat is conditioned, the result is recorded and the moisture of the coat is maintained.
Enriched with almond extract
Almond extract has moisturising properties, improves the barrier function of the skin, conditions and restores the hair structure. In addition, almond extract moisturises the pet's skin and has a pleasant scent.
Easy combing
The product contains panthenol. It is a form of vitamin B5 widely used as an ingredient in both skin and hair care products. It makes the coat easy to comb, soft, and gives it a healthy shine.
Removal of tangles
A mask with moisturising and repairing properties, ideal for removing tangles.
Contains glycerine
Glycerin in the composition of the product serves as a natural moisturiser: it deeply saturates the skin and hair with moisture, can improve hair elasticity and reduce hair loss.
For white and light-coloured coats
The mask is specifically designed for dogs and cats with white or light-coloured fur. Removes yellow stains thoroughly and without harming the skin and coat, and enhances white colour naturally. The mild, naturally formulated product works efficiently and does not irritate the pet's skin while helping to maintain the optimal pH balance of the skin.
For sensitive pets
Thanks to the gentle formula, the mask is perfect for pets with sensitive skin: It is formulated without SLS, parabens, mineral oils and silicones.

Instructions for use: dilute the mask with lukewarm water in a ratio of 1:10. Massage gently into the coat. Leave for 3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
